  I had been getting the right royal run around by several dentists in the last 4 days because of a severe toothache that landed me in the hospital no less and still was told by the hospital that there was nothing at all they could do to help (late Saturday evening) so first thing Sunday morning my hubby got straight onto google and found this dental surgery.
  Without hesitation they booked me into their next available appt and even called back shortly after to say they could squeeze me in even sooner!
  From the moment I walked in there the staff were very empathetic and caring, and it didn't stop there, once I was in the dental chair they put my mind at ease, explained everything thoroughly, didn't judge the condition of my teeth (which are very bad) and offered me the gas to take the edge of fear away.
  Seeing straight away how nervous I was the dental assistant stood by my side and literally held my hand through the whole thing and said the most encouraging things to me!
  The dentist explained everything as he went with empathy as well - the whole experience should have been very painful and traumatising due to the severity of what needed to be done (ie 3 molars needed to be cut up and removed)
  But it was the opposite. I walked out of there confident and happy that it was over and done with in the very best experience I've ever had at a dentist ever!
  I would (in fact I will be) recommend this surgery to everyone!
