  Unprofessional, unethical, unresponsible, delusional at best, do NOT leave your investment property with the Hamilton Harbour Residence’s onsite management team.
  
  Following our very first tenant, we needed to replace all the carpets and repaint the entire apartment including the ceilings. The tenant actually had maggots breading up the walls and across the ceiling in the kitchen, lounge and even the bedroom.
  
  I had point this out during an inspection I chosen to attend because of concerns. Its very disturbing to think that such state could have gone unnoticed in prior inspections.
  
  The second tenant while cleaner (i think), left without notice, with rent in arrears, no cleaning and forged the release of her bond held by the RTA, all before our esteemed management team found out.
  
  Apparently it is all my fault because I approved their recommended tenant. What a joke.
  
  As disappointing as this all was, most disappointing was the put everything back on me, like I was to manage their problem tenant. I was subsequently billed for all the cleaning and court fees and naturally for a finding a new tenant. Most monies were recovered, however no apology and no communication on how they might cover my losses. After 12 months parsed I wanted to raise this past issue and provide some feedback. This feedback ultimately upset Jason and resulted in Jason providing 30 days notice that they would no longer manage my property. No real loss here, but only 5 days before their current tenants lease ends is just childish and ridiculous. Again no consideration for their tenant described as a dream tenant.
  
  The general management team is at best unexperienced, unprofessional and can only come from their lead, Jason Isbester.
  
  They continually recommend the reduction of rent, yet they continue to charge the same amount of fees.
  
  If you want excuses and to feel sorry for having them do their job for which you are paying them to do, HH2 will be a perfect.
  
  Unfortunately this happens in the service industry when anyone can get a property management license in a few weeks.
  
  FY we have only ever had 3 tenants in total.
  
  So do you worst Jason….if that means charging me $30 for every piece of correspondence until July 4th.
