You can tell he takes a genuine interest in your project as well. The customer service is great and the range of products is honestly amazing. Well done.

When approaching these lovely staff, they had clearly never been to a customer service workshop. Perhaps they could go down to the local supermarket and learn a thing or two from the 16 year old cashier on customer service ie.. Hello .... how are you ?? can i help you ?? Not hard you would think.

- Richmond Deb Added June 03, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought an end of a bolt today and was charged 20cm more than was there. Appalling they rounded up to the nearest metre. Also found they were apparently more interested in discussing stock movements and displays rather than asking if I needed any assistance. Won’t be going back.
- Amish Beetroot Added June 02, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★After looking at multiple fabric stores for formal dress fabric, i can say that sckafs has the best selection of beautiful and interesting fabrics while maintaining a reasonable price point. The staff were very helpful but not pushy, even finding matching thread for my fabric from the discounted basket so i could get a better deal. Attached is a photo of the dress i made using the fabrics (for both dress and cape), i tried to choose a pic that showed the shifting colours well :)
