We were standing there for a good minute and no one even said hi. And oh yes at least two staff members saw us. We then had to find a table ourselves and sat down and waited and still no one, not single one person approached us. How ridiculous! We were sitting there waiting like some fools for a couple of minutes and decided to leave. Thanks for acknowledging our existence whatsoever. Was so looking forward to coming here but because of of horrible service. Never again! If I could have given 0 star, I would.

The young guy waiting on tables was somewhat friendly but also aloof.... we had to retrieve our own high chair, if there were menus, we never received them and the water we requested for our group never arrived. The negative vibe was slowly overridden by the remainder of the experience. Coffee and food were great, service was prompt and friendly and the value for money was good.... I probably won't order a large coffee again, it was enormous. We left feeling full and satisfied with the experience.
