  I have attended a Personalized Training for several months and it has helped me to energize my day to day and to establish routines that are helping me in mobility, strength and resistance.
  I have received constant support from Sergi from the first moment.
  I stop attending due to moving, but surely I would repeat if I could.

  Since I started with Air Active I don't want to know anything about conventional gyms, I'm never lazy to train with them! The trainings are adapted to the needs of each one and are very dynamic. You are great professionals and people :)

  I've been doing hypopressives since after giving birth with Anna. We are a small group so I have always been able to bring my son! The classes are very personalized and have always been adapted to the requests we have made without any problems!! I definitely recommend it!!

  I discovered Air Active walking in a park and the alternative of practicing sports outdoors attracted me.
  We do duo training with my daughter and our coach Sergi is very professional, dedicated and a beautiful person. We are delighted and look forward to that day of the week.
