Extremely rude staff. They don't respect customers. Get prepared to be treated BADLY. You will wait here for hours and will have to find for someone to talk to you throughout the yard. WASTE of time.

I emailed for a quote to pick up my vehicle and was told I would get 250 through email. I was happy with that but, I was surprised by a tow truck and told that I was getting 200 because of the distance traveled. It would of been fine if they informed me before sending the tow truck. The lack of communication through the process was horrible and I hope they learn from this mistake and inform of price changes before sending a tow truck. It was very unprofessional.
