  Over the last several days I have been attempting to purchase an item from this store internationally.
  The original invoice sent from them started that they only took bank wires as payment. However, they did not provide the information needed to wire directly to them.
  I asked for the info so that I could pay as soon as possible, and they sent no reply. Choosing to be proactive I sent them an email that I would be sending the funds via Western Union, and that there was an agent less than a kilometer from them, making it easy to pick up the funds, no reply.
  I sent the money and notified them when it was available to be picked up. This is when I received my first reply from them, “ We do not accept western union payments". I immediately emailed them to ask them to reconsider, or at least provide me with the information to complete the transaction, no reply.
  At this point I was getting very frustrated and emailed them again asking for the information, sixteen hours later, finally get a reply. Note, they post on there website that they have 24/7 service. Here is their reply:
  " I understand the confusion, but our online payment processing is down due to an upgrade of the website. At this stage we do not ship internationally.
  
  Sorry for the inconvenience"
  
  Very disappointing customer service. They should have indicated that day one, and after one email. Waiting days to respond is simply poor service, I also feel they could have given consideration to accepting the payment they could have picked up from about a block and a half away. Every attempt to phone has failed.
