She was able to confirm that they could rush through my work request by the end of the day (Re-Key), however, when issues arrived, rather than waiting for me to come back, she was a great communicator presenting different solutions and costs involved.
In less than an hour and Melanie called me back to confirm all works was completed and the fee was less than I expected, and much less than other quotes obtained around Brisbane.
