We rented a property from Kate who was in charge, the unprofessionalism of this agent was truly astounding, throughout our whole entire 2 year lease there was never once
- any inspections
- No entry or exit reports were given (we documented everything ourselves)
- dishonest communication with traders who fixed plumbing and faulty electrical sockets,
-never call you back when there's anything urgent that needs fixing,
- consistently lies which we have proof of in TXT messages and emails
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They are the first agents we had problems with even though our rent was paid perfectly on time and never late once during the whole of our stay.
BEWARE dealing with Kate she is one of the most dishonest vindictive agents I have ever come across
