  [Update 18/03/19. Emailed you guys 3 weeks ago and still no call. Thanks for proving my point and those below]
  
  Really slack and disappointing customer service. We enquired for a quote and the Ipswich surrounds manager was quick to come and visit for a quote. He was higher than others but talked the talk. He was a little pushy to sign us up but after a few days we worked out a better price. We signed the contract and he took it back - great.
  
  One month goes by. No calls, no update, no response to our texts (there was a few!). Then week 5 I get a call from head office saying they want to come out. The contract details were wrong and we didnt get to review the payment agreement details. Lady in the office sympathized and said we'd get a call from another manager - still waiting.
  
  Sorry guys. Was willing to pay for the service but you never delivered.

  They provide a good service . . . But don't expect friendly if you go to visit.

  So we are a small business and hired these guys a year ago. They have given me stress and anxiety because their service is absolutely appalling. They would never show up to the appointments we’d make or come at the wrong times and every time I’d try to call to reschedule the person on the phone would tell me they’d have to call back and never would!!! We have now cancelled which has been almost 2 months ago now and they are still billing us for services we aren’t using and to make matters worse they turned up in our store the other day without our permission to do a treatment when we have cancelled our services!!! This is pretty much illegal and wrong in so many levels!! Do not use them, they are the absolute worst!

  Job was done ok. Since hiring another mob to do our remaining properties i found they were a little more expensive.

  No call back from dropping off I resume they are hiring I got 26yrs experience in pest control and licence what else do they want
