  A tremendous GP practice. Yes, they bulk bill children. Doctor's take their time, answered all my questions and genuinely care about your concern.

  I first chose this centre for the wheelchair access offered for my elderly mother. Wide hallways, quiet and large waiting room & dedicated bathroom really make an important difference.
  
  I cannot speak highly enough of the accomodating staff, who exemplify great care & thoughtfulness.

  I love this medical centre, on each occasion the receptionists are happy to see us : ) and accommodating… it is as though you are talking to a friend. Our doctor, Dr Tim O'Brien, is always enthusiastic and shows genuine interest. Many, Many thanks, R & J.

  You think being a doctor you would have at least a basic understanding with mental health and how to communicate with patients who suffer with mental health problems, rather then displaying a duty of care to a patient Dr Hamid Tabrizi was by far the rudest medical practitioner I've had the displeasure of knowing, he didn't give me the time of day to explain the circumstances around why I booked an appointment that day and had no sense of empathy or understanding, rather then trying to understand his patient, he told me to leave offering no medical assistance at all.
  
  I encourage anyone who is feeling vulnerable and not in a particularly capable state of mind to seek help with another medical practitioner.
  
  Reception was very understanding and offered their apologies even though they shared no fault.

  I rarely post reviews, but really wanted to say thank you kindly! I visited as a new patient to the practice and for my child’s first vaccinations. From the moment I arrived the receptionists, doctor and nursing team were so friendly & calming. : ) Lexi.
